Mr. Toland has been teaching for over a decade after having the unique experience of training and growing up in a martial arts studio for nearly his entire life. This current perspective has shown him firsthand how Red Dragon can shape the future of a student as it did his.

Now, as the youngest school owner in the history of Red Dragon, Sensei Shane stands poised to herald the arrival of the next generation of Red Dragon martial artists.

In addition, he is also in the process of preparing to check off another of his personal goals by earning his pilots license. Active in several sports growing up outside of the martial arts including hockey and surfing Sensei Shane enjoys a very active lifestyle to date.

His youthful teaching approach coupled with a young man's life creates a wonderful dynamic for his students. He is focused on inspiring the next generation as he was inspired, to pursue their dreams.

Under the training and guidance of Red Dragon's CEO Shi-Han Chris Casamassa, Sensei Shane is currently a 4th degree black belt.
